IDC endeavors to award the member with conference tickets in the city where the member resides or is the city closest to where the member resides. If the conference is cancelled in the city where the member resides or is the city closest to where the member resides, IDC will assign the member with tickets in the next best alternative city where the conference is taking place, based on availability.
